University Federal Credit Union
Overview
University Federal Credit Union is a “Not for profit, not for charity, but for service,” credit union serving more than 250 universities, associations and employers in Central Texas and Galveston County making it one of the largest credit unions in the US. The Acceleration Agency is worked with the UFCU leadership team to translate high level business strategies into an executable Business Operating System and detailed technology initiatives necessary to bring the strategy to life. The Business Operation System included the framework, process and scorecards to translate the board-level strategy into actionable results. High-level, aspirational outcomes like "Modernize Everyday Banking" were assigned to teams that built initiatives and scorecards (updated monthly) to achieve the outcomes. TAA is currently focused on an initiative to eliminate as much member experience friction as possible by the end of the year. This involves cross-functional teams, vendors, business process changes, and change management.
